Returns

  • We do not accept returns for opened or used products due to health and safety reasons.
  • Sale items or promotional offers are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

Return Process

  3. After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If the product is damaged or shows signs of use, a partial refund or no refund may be issued.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at thegreyherbs@gmail.com and we’ll assist you with the process.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
